These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the autofuzz service ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
autofuzz provides metered, usage-based access to large language models intended for defensive security and research work. Access is offered on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis as described at sign-up.
The Service is intended for legitimate, authorized security work. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and only for systems and data you are authorized to test or analyze. You may not use the Service to cause harm, gain unauthorized access to systems, or facilitate illegal activity. We may require verification of your identity or professional status.
Fees are charged through our payment processor based on your usage and selected plan. Charges are billed monthly in arrears or in advance as described at sign-up. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Metered usage already incurred is non-refundable except where required by law. For billing questions or refund requests, contact info@autofuzz.io.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, autofuzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
